Welcome to the Snohomish County Enlightened

It is our hope that this page will serve as a quick reference for Enlightened Ingress players in and around the Snohomish County area of Washington State.

Below are some links that may be of interest to you if you are just getting started, and there is a menu above which has additional information.

What is Ingress? Start here ==> https://www.ingress.com/

How can I get started playing. Install the Ingress app on your smart phone from Google Play or Apple’s App Store.

How can I find other players? Go here and follow the instructions ==> http://bit.ly/snoverify

Below are the steps to verify yourself as a Snohomish County Enlightened Agent:
1. Be an Enlightened (GREEN) player.
2. Join the Google+ community Snohomish County Enlightened- Agent Verification
3. Open Ingress, click on “OPS” and select the AGENT tab.
4. Press the share icon (See sample at left) which is located on the right of your agent name on your scanner.  Find more details on the sharing process HERE.
5. Share the picture of your profile with this group. This will be your first post.
6. Download the app “GroupMe” from the Android app store or Apple Store and install in on your phone.  There is also a version for your laptop.
7. After doing so, post the email address you used with GroupMe as a comment on your first post.  (See Step 5 above)  The group moderator will delete the message with that email once you are added, usually within 24 hours.  You may be contacted further by a mod through comments on your verification or a hangout.  We may also “Stat-check” you or otherwise contact you through COMM.

Is there a players manual? The Ingress game is from Google and their support page is HERE.

It’s not official,  but DeCode Ingress has a manual HERE

FevGames also has an Ingress Manual HERE.

Developed for Resistance players but still applicable, an awesome 23-lesson tutorial can be found HERE.
